1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Customized or special-order items
3. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit a Request

- Your order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Clear product photos
Step 2: Approval
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Step 3: Send the Product Back
After approval, send the product back to our return address.
(Return shipping charges may apply unless the mistake is from our side.)
Step 4: Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item:
- Exchanges will be processed within 2–4 days
- Refunds (store credit or bank transfer) will be processed within 3–5 business days
